Is this that new tribe that was recognized recently? Hrm, I guess not, I think that was in Mass. They just got their recognition papers as a "lost tribe" of sorts.

First thing they do is build a casino. Kinda sad really. Some members of the tribe wanted to use the money for their museum. But I guess most want to build a casino. Maybe casino profits could be used for good works such as the museum?

Meh. Sad story in general.

No, that tribe was the Mashpee Wampanoag. The Mashentucket Pequots have been around for a while and have had an indian casino in CT for over 15 yrs now I believe.
