At 2:03 p.m., an Eastern Avenue resident called police after noticing a man sitting in a vehicle for a long time. Police spoke to the man, who said he was waiting for a delivery.

At 8:25 p.m., a 16-year-old female spoke to police about a man possibly pleasuring himself in a car at Appleton Street and Park Avenue. Police are investigating.
